TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OUTLINE

Below is a GENERAL GUIDELINE ONLY for how we plan to lay-out the Event Schedule for this year’s 2010 ISI World Recreational Team Championships in Marlboro, MA.

Please Note: The event schedule is SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on the actual entries received by the event entry deadline on May 1, 2010. Please try to hold off booking your airline tickets as long as possible in case a schedule change is needed.

To help expedite your entry processing, make sure your ISI membership is current through August 1, 2010 and your highest test levels are registered with the ISI office before the May 1st deadline .

If your ISI membership expires before August 1 st, you must include your membership renewal payment with your entry form payment. The $11 renewal fee will extend your membership until August 31, 2010 . All memberships and tests must be checked and verified before the event entries are processed.

By the end of May, each participating skater (in individual or partner events only) will receive a confirmation letter by mail to verify your event entries and levels.

We will post the complete event schedule online after June 15 th. After the event schedule is posted, each participating skater (in individual or partner events only) will receive a second letter to verify their event schedule. Practice ice reservation information will be posted on our website at that time.

There are many special events planned for this year’s Worlds competitors. See your Recreational Ice Skating magazine and regularly check this website for additional competition event details as they become available. Don’t forget about the Opening Ceremony and Harbor Cruise on Wednesday, July 28 and the ISIA Education Foundation Show on Friday, July 30. (See event details in RIS magazine).

We will try to make the competition schedule so you have several events on the same day and then less events the next day so out-of-town skaters will have more time to enjoy your vacation trip to the Boston area too!
