If it's a first time signup, you don't need to enter a member number. I didn't put one in and it went through fine. I'm assuming we get a number when the card comes. :) 537 of 1119

Membership status
It would be nice to be able to check your membership status online not just order a membership or replacement card. It would also be nice to be able to print out a temporary card of your current membership instead of paying $5.00 for a replacement 306 of 664

Horrible website
Not a user friendly website! Why is it so difficult to log into your account, and renew a membership without having to re-enter all of your information? And why when you call the ISI phone number does a fax machine pick up? Talk about a rinky dink operation! 105 of 212

I was trying to log in but forgot my password. I don't understand why you do not have the option to change your password right there. You have to wait for an email to be sent to you which takes too much of your time. I was just trying to renew my membership. 110 of 216
